Mr. Wu, a citizen, said that four or five years ago, he set up a package in the business hall of Shuyang Telecom Company, sent a mobile phone, selected a new telecommunication signal, and later bound Alipay through this number.
"This number is rarely used. The basic package is enough, and the phone bill is charged only once every few months." Mr. Wu said that every time the balance of the mobile phone bill is insufficient, he will receive a short message notification from the telecommunications company.
At the end of July, Mr. Wu received another SMS notification to remind him that the balance of the phone bill was insufficient. On the morning of the 3rd, Mr. Wu took time to go to the telecom business hall to charge his mobile phone.
"After checking, the staff refused to charge my mobile phone, saying that your balance would never be used up in your life." Mr. Wu wondered whether there would be criminals who would launder money through their own mobile phones with so many communication frauds?

Another screenshot provided by Mr. Wu shows the detailed list of call charges: the real-time call charge is 1.84 yuan, and the balance is 83683368.25 yuan.
On the morning of the 4th, after listening to the reporter's introduction, a staff member in the office of Shuyang Telecom said that he did not understand the situation.
In the afternoon of the same day, the reporter called the office number of the company again, and the staff said that after learning from the relevant personnel, they knew that there was this matter, but the county company did not intervene in the handling, which was handled by the superior company.
"They (the telecommunications company) talked to me for several hours at noon, just to ask me to sign a 'certificate' and request that the matter be fully handled by the telecommunications company and let me not investigate."
