Xiang Ligang: "The so-called toll free phone and internet phone are toll free phones cut in through the gateway. Now they are an important source of a large number of fraudulent calls and spam information. In addition, internet phones can be used to carry out fraud activities by changing their numbers. If there is no management, it is very problematic to allow incoming calls."
Legal operation is the right way

For the purpose of strengthening supervision, policies will directly affect enterprise social software. For enterprises, application for value-added telecommunications business license will be encouraged.
Xiang Ligang: "If it is completely suspended, it may have an impact on some enterprises. If it needs this thing for some very large enterprises, it can apply to the relevant departments for special services. But it must be supervised."
