According to the plan, 80% of the funds raised this time will provide funds for Jinshan Cloud to strengthen its cloud infrastructure and enhance its cloud technology and service development and research capabilities; The remaining 20% is used for the daily operation of Kingsoft.

After the completion of the allotment of shares and subscription of new shares of Kingsoft, the shareholding ratio of the largest shareholder with Lei Jun (Weibo), chairman of Kingsoft, as the person acting in concert will drop from 29.38% to 27.12%
The largest shareholder with Lei Jun as the person acting in concert has 352830251 shares in total, including 174818191 shares owned by Lei Jun, 35298057 shares owned by Xiaomi, 34681437 shares owned by Zhang Xuanlong and 108032566 shares owned by Qiu Baijun.
