Personnel management of machine room management

  

The management personnel of the computer room should first have excellent technology, be able to deal with software, hardware, network and other emergencies in the computer room in a timely manner, and be able to foresee the situation that has not occurred. Secondly, the management personnel should have noble morality, and should not have the idea of maliciously damaging any equipment in the computer room, maliciously attacking other computers or even stealing equipment in the computer room. Finally, the computer room management personnel should have a strong sense of responsibility. It should shoulder multiple tasks such as maintenance, construction and protection of a computer room.

1. Access management

(1) It is strictly forbidden for non machine room staff to enter the machine room. In special cases, it is required to obtain the approval of the person on duty in the center and the registration form before entering the machine room. The registration form for personnel from other units to enter and exit the machine room is shown in Table 1.

(2) Personnel entering the machine room shall comply with the machine room management system and change the special work shoes; The machine room staff must wear work clothes.

(3) Personnel entering the machine room shall not carry any inflammable, explosive, corrosive, strong electromagnetic, radioactive, fluid and other materials that threaten the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Operator management

(1) The data in the central computer room is subject to the system of double operation.

(2) Operators shall abide by the duty system and shall not leave their posts without authorization.

(3) Carry out operations in strict accordance with the daily prefabrication operation process, make detailed arrangements in advance for new businesses and special circumstances that need to change the process, and submit a written report to the person in charge for approval and signature before implementation; All operation changes must be documented.

(4) Do a good job of backup of various data and files in strict accordance with the requirements of rules and regulations. All important documents shall be sorted and bound regularly and kept by special personnel for future reference.

3. Management of personnel on duty

(1) You should go to and from work at the specified time. You cannot change shifts or leave your post without approval. Do not do anything irrelevant to work during the shift.

(2) The personnel on duty shall fully understand the working principles, technical standards and emergency handling methods of various equipment in the machine room. During the shift, they shall be responsible and responsible. Without the consent of the superior, they shall not interrupt the circuit, shut down or replace the machine line equipment, or change the data of the exchange equipment at will.

(3) The personnel on duty shall strictly implement the shift handover system, and make the procedures clear and connect up and down.

(4) Without authorization and approval, the person on duty shall not guide personnel from other units to visit the machine room without authorization. Upon approval, visitors to the machine room should go through the registration procedures when entering or leaving the machine room. In principle, photography and video recording are not allowed (unless otherwise approved).

(5) The personnel on duty shall pay close attention to the operation status of the equipment, be diligent, sharp eyed, alert, quick witted and mentally active, and find and deal with hidden dangers in a timely manner.

(6) In strict accordance with the patrol regulations, the operation data of the equipment must be checked on time, and the machine room log and other registers must be filled in carefully, truthfully and in detail for future inspection.

(7) The personnel on duty must strictly observe the labor discipline, and shall not bring articles irrelevant to work into the machine room, especially food.

(8) Keep the machine room clean and do a good job in civilized production.

4. Machine room visit management

(1) Only after being authorized and approved can visitors be arranged to visit.

(2) Visitors to the machine room must be accompanied by a designated person.

(3) When the operation of important equipment or user managed equipment is involved, visitors shall not be received or watched nearby.

(4) The operator can demonstrate or answer the inquiry questions to a certain extent according to the requirements of the accompanying personnel; The accompanying personnel shall refuse unreasonable requirements of visitors, and visitors shall not operate without authorization.

(5) With the consent of the superior management, visitors can operate the equipment on the spot. However, it must be guided by management personnel, and it is not allowed to access important data and equipment configuration information.

(6) Visitors shall not be crowded or noisy, and shall follow the arrangements of the accompanying personnel.

(7) After the visit, the operator should tidy up as usual and check the environment of the machine room.
