Baode Technology joint venture or injected into cloud computing, data center and other businesses
Baode Technology announced that Zhang Yunxia, the controlling shareholder of Baode Investment and chairman, signed a non binding intent agreement to sell cloud computing service business and network data center (IDC) business to Zhongqingbao, an associated company with 15.24% shares held by the company.
At the same time, Baode Investment and Zhang's are also interested in selling 100% of the equity of Sobito to Zhongqingbao.
Cloud computing business mainly includes public cloud services and urban cloud services; Sudeto is mainly engaged in content distribution network (CDN) business, including static web page acceleration, dynamic web page acceleration, file conversion acceleration, mobile media acceleration and content distribution network value-added services.
