On October 28, Yunsai Zhilian announced that it planned to start the construction of the second phase of the data center project on the basis of the first phase of Songjiang Big Data Center with the wholly-owned subsidiary Yunsai Shuhai as the main investor, with a total investment of about 795 million yuan.
The full name of Yunsaizhilian is Yunsaizhilian Co., Ltd., and it has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Science and Technology Network Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sci tech Network"). Cloud Sai Shuhai, founded in March 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the technology network, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cloud Sai Zhilian, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is a project company specially established for the construction of Songjiang big data computing center project.
It is reported that Songjiang Big Data Computing Center Phase I won the first batch of energy consumption indicators of Internet data center projects supported by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology in November 2019, vps It will be successfully completed and put into operation in 2022. Songjiang Big Data Center Phase II Project plans to invest in the construction of about 1124 high power racks, with a total IT power of 22MW. The total investment in the project construction is about 795 million yuan.
According to the project feasibility study report, the main contents of Songjiang Big Data Center Phase II construction are as follows:
1、 Project site selection: Songjiang Big Data Center Park, 349 Shuhai Road, Songjiang Economic Development Zone, has built a 110kV user switch station connected by two external lines, with a total power supply scale of 126MVA;
2、 Construction scale: About 1124 high power racks will be built to meet the needs of Songjiang Big Data Center Phase II, with a total IT power of 22MW;
3、 Technical parameters: The comprehensive PUE value of this project is 1.248 WUE is less than 1.4, which is superior to the requirements of the Internet Data Center Construction Guidelines of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology (2021);
4、 construction cycle : Construction will start in January 2024 and be delivered by the end of 2024, with a construction period of one year;
5、 Energy saving measures: Energy saving measures such as photovoltaic power generation, peak valley power storage, natural cooling, variable frequency motor, channel closure, high supply and return water temperature, cold plate liquid cooling technology, independent humidification, etc;
6、 Investment estimation: The total investment is about 795 million yuan, and the fund raising is composed of 200 million yuan invested by Yunsai Shuhai and 595 million yuan financed by external banks, which is invested and constructed by Yunsai Shuhai;
7、 Benefit forecast: The internal rate of return of the project investment is 8.26%, the net present value of the project investment is 66.16 million yuan, and the payback period of the project investment (static) is 12.39 years.
