Recently, the 2022-2023 Evaluation Report on the Development of China's Artificial Intelligence Computing Power (hereinafter referred to as the Report) was released. The Report points out that China's AI computing power continues to grow rapidly. In 2022, the scale of intelligent computing power will reach 268 trillion cycles per second (EFLOPS), exceeding the scale of general computing power. It is estimated that the compound annual growth rate of China's intelligent computing power scale will reach 52.3% in the next five years.

In the list of Chinese AI cities in 2022, Beijing, Hangzhou and Shenzhen continue to maintain the top three, of which Beijing has been the first for four consecutive years, and Shanghai and Guangzhou have ranked fourth and fifth respectively; Tianjin entered the top ten for the first time, while Chengdu, Suzhou, Nanjing and Jinan remained in the top ten.
