1. Port problems

Let's check whether the security group of the server side and the ECS merchant panel has opened port 443. Even if you open port 443, you need to use a tool to check whether it can be connected. If it doesn't work, we need to delete the port and reset it.

2. Certificate configuration problem

We check whether there is an error through NGINX. Generally, we use the command nginx - t to check whether there is an error. If there is an error, it means that SSL is not installed correctly.

3. CDN SSL configuration problem

If the website has a CDN, the server side needs to configure SSL, and the CDN side also needs to configure the same SSL certificate.
