Lao Zuo accidentally saw an open-source product from a foreigner when he was thinking about updating something today Server monitoring The source code is relatively simple and can be used after testing. It seems a little rough, but it can be played by friends who like tossing. Maybe you can also install it like me. This Server monitoring The source code needs to be manually imported into the database to monitor the server status, memory usage, hard disk usage, online time, etc. It is applicable to monitoring multiple sites/servers.
Source code download address: https://soft.laozuo.org/tools/ ServerStatus -master.zip
ServerStatus monitoring installation steps:
Step 1: decompress the download program and upload it to the required directory, such as separate site domain name binding or secondary directory;
Step 2: Add a database in MSYQL, and then modify the database parameters of includes/config.php;
Step 3: import the sql/servers. sql database into the database;
Step 4: Add parameters to the database fields, one line for each site;
Name - Monitoring server name/site
Url - monitoring site path, such as laozuo.org
Location - Location of the monitoring server
Type - Monitoring type DNS, SQL, Apache or nginx
In the root directory of the source code, we can see the file uptime.php. We just need to transfer this file to the directory of the site to be monitored.
Lao Zuo also shared other monitoring tools in previous articles:
Configure Monitoring Treasure+SNMP to regularly monitor VPS host performance reminders
NodeQuery – free Linux VPS/server monitoring online tool
If there are many servers and sites, we need to use monitoring. Otherwise, it is unclear which machine and website are down.
