Suju Technology has successfully built an intelligent approval platform for government affairs by integrating Baidu Brain OCR technology. The new government approval mode of "self review online approval", "doing one thing at a time" and "no running at a time" has been easily realized by all approval departments. Currently, more than 1800 administrative approval items have been supported. Core highlights include:

1. After the automatic entry of structured information, the operation is more convenient, and the user's filling time is reduced by more than 90%;

2. After the user initiates the "one thing" application, it will be uniformly accepted, synchronously evaluated, and synchronously approved, significantly improving the user experience;

Core demands
The traditional administrative approval process requires users to upload image materials first, and then the approver manually checks the material content and approval rules one by one to complete the approval of an application. In the past, due to incorrect materials uploaded by customers, they were often returned and had to run errands for many times; The examination and approval personnel are inefficient and prone to errors. In order to further fit in with the overall idea of the State Council's reform of "decentralization, management and service", improve the efficiency of government units, and build a convenient service system, government departments at all levels urgently need to be able to achieve an intelligent approval system of "one thing at a time" and "one time without running".
Solution
The government affairs intelligent approval platform conducts structured recognition of the text information in the picture materials submitted by users by integrating Baidu Brain iOCR custom template text recognition and general text recognition technology. At the same time, the extracted structured information is automatically compared and verified with the preset rules of the application items. It improves the efficiency and accuracy of the approval personnel.
The specific business operation process is as follows:

Step 1: The user selects the material scenario in the government intelligent approval platform according to his own situation;
Step 2: Upload the material pictures one by one according to the requirements of the event, use universal text recognition to identify the whole page, or use iOCR custom template text recognition to select the content on the pictures in the self-service box, and quickly extract the required fields on the pictures;
Step 3: After the material is submitted, the platform automatically verifies the rules;
Step 4: For a few rules that cannot be automatically recognized, manual rule verification will be performed;
Step 5: All rules shall be submitted to the Administration for acceptance after being approved;
Step 6: After the Administration receives the application, the approver only needs to check whether the content submitted by the user is consistent with the material picture, and the system will automatically judge the approval rules;
Step 7: The approver can complete the approval process by confirming the approval result with one click.
