Daheng Image - Battery Diaphragm Quality Inspection
As an important part of the battery of new energy vehicles, the function of the diaphragm is to isolate the positive and negative poles of the battery. It is required that if the diaphragm is not detected due to leakage, foreign matters, holes and other problems of insulating materials, it is likely to cause spontaneous combustion of the battery and new energy vehicles. Daheng Image applied the open source deep learning framework of the flying propeller to develop an intelligent quality inspection algorithm for the battery diaphragm. It collected the image of the battery diaphragm as the system input by installing an industrial camera on the production line. The quality inspection results were processed by the intelligent quality inspection algorithm deployed at the end. Compared with the original scheme, the defect detection accuracy increased significantly, and the online speed increased by 50 times.
