Therefore, it is the core demand of Air China to provide passengers with a set of online system that can self correct the wrong ticket information and bring efficient and convenient after-sales service to passengers.
Solution
Air China APP enables online self-help correction of wrong ticket purchase information for passengers by accessing Baidu Brain OCR ID card recognition technology. Realize the structural identification of the ID card information of the passenger who buys the wrong ticket, and automatically compare it with the ID card information of the original ticket. After successful verification, passengers can directly correct the wrong ticket information by themselves.
The new information correction process is as follows: Step 1: The passenger takes and uploads the ID card photo to the function page of "correcting personal information of wrong ticket purchase";
Step 2: The system automatically extracts the personal information in the ID card photo and compares it with the ID card information of the original ticket;
Step 3: After successful verification, passengers can directly correct their personal information.
Step 4: Click Submit to complete the correction of wrong ticket purchase information.
