Process record of domain name transfer to Name.com merchant

Here Laozuo has a domain name that needs to be transferred to the Name.com registrar and then PUSH to the customer, so simply record how to transfer the domain name out here. Here we first omit the process of unlocking the domain name in advance to obtain the transfer code, which is generally what we need to do to transfer out the domain name.
