LLsMP one click package installs VSFTPD and adds FTP account management separately for the website

LLsMP It is the one click installation package commonly used by Lao Zuo to build a Linux VPS host. Compared with the LNMP commonly used by some of our users, Lao Zuo can also build five small sites in RAMNODE 128MBVPS. If you are ready to use the one click package environment to play VPS, you can try to use it. I have shared many LLSMP related teaching articles in Laozuo's blog before. Just now, I found that there is a missing tutorial on adding FTP account management for individual sites.

If the VPS host is used by us, we may be accustomed to using the ROOT account to connect to SFTP to manage all directories under the VPS, including sites. If we can ensure the security of computers, accounts, and software use, this is also possible. If our VPS is rented with others, or we are worried about modifying files and misoperating system files, We can add FTP management website files for a site separately.

The default LLSMP one key package is equipped with VSFTPD. When we first use it, we need to install it, and then add and authorize directory accounts. The specific steps are as follows.

First, install VSFTPD

 sh /root/llsmp/vsftpd.sh

When we run the above script for the first time to add an account, we will see the prompt that we need to install VSFTPD first. We can automatically install it by entering "y".

Second, add FTP account and authorize directory

Before adding an FTP account, we need to have added a site under the LLSMP environment（ LLSMP Add Site ）For example, we have added the laozuo.org site in the/home/wwwroot/laozuo.org directory.

 sh /root/llsmp/vsftpd.sh

Enter the above command, and then start adding FTP wizard settings.

After adding, we can use the above user name, password, default port 21, and our VPS host IP to log in and manage the website files with FTP software. We will see that html and conf are connected to a directory, and the website files are placed in the HTML folder.

In this way, we have completed the teaching of installing VSFTPD in the LLSMP environment package and adding FTP account management for the website separately.
