UCloud merchant domain name does not support account transfer (only transfer registrars are supported)

One of the domain names is a COM domain name registered and purchased by the UCLOUD merchant when the service provider had vouchers for promotional activities. According to the usual merchants, when I prepared to transfer PUSH to this student's UCLOUD account, I found that his background did not have a link to transfer out the account.

Here Laozuo only sees the domain name transfer out link, and there is no transfer in the account.

As long as the domain name is registered for more than 60 days, it can be transferred to other service providers. There is also a separate contact with the customer service manager. Indeed, their domain name does not support transfer to other accounts at present. Their domain name information comes from the channel of Xinnet. This experience is slightly bad.
