Five factors that may prevent the pagoda panel from entering

At present, our ECS uses pagoda panels to build a WEB environment, but in a certain proportion of cases, there are also many causes of pagoda panel failure. Here, if we also encounter the difficulty of entering the pagoda panel, we can solve it through these methods.

1. Network connection problem

We need to check whether there is a problem with the server where the website is located. For example, whether the IP address of the server is blocked, and whether the service provider is maintaining the server. For example, if the server IP is blocked, we need to change the server IP address. The service provider needs to be contacted for problems.

2. Server port firewall

If the port of the server is blocked by the firewall, you cannot access the pagoda panel. Usually, you need to add the port to the firewall white list to solve this problem. We need to check whether the server port on the pagoda panel is blocked.

3. Server software startup

If the related services on the server are not started or stopped, the pagoda panel will also be inaccessible. For example, if the Nginx or Apache services are not started, the pagoda panel may not be accessible.

4. The pagoda panel file is damaged

If the related files of the pagoda panel are damaged or lost, the pagoda panel will also be inaccessible. This may be caused by system update, disk failure, etc. We need to check whether the pagoda panel on the server is working properly. We can restart the pagoda panel on the server to see whether an error is reported later.

5. Security group setting problem

If the security group of the server is not configured correctly, the pagoda panel cannot be accessed. In this case, you need to check whether the security group rules are set correctly.
