To tell the truth, I am now adapted to the use of Chrome. At first, I was quite unaccustomed to it!
Chrome is really an excellent browser. I don't think I will change my default browser without special circumstances.
Recently, dual core browsers have been launched in the domestic browser market, such as Windows of the World, Sogou, and so on. At present, Sogou 2.0 is really a good experience, and it has been quite fast.
I have used Tencent TT browser for a long time. Because of its simplicity, I hate advertising. I stopped using it until I knew the birth of Chrome. Recently, Tencent upgraded the TT browser. The last version was 4.8, which was updated on November 27, 2009. Half a year later, this browser changed and the version number jumped to 5.0, Its core also began to use dual cores (webkit and IE),
Note that the version number I use is beta (4144) instead of Preview (4657) circulated on the Internet
Let's discuss it after the previous picture:
It was very strange when it was simple at the beginning. Why does it feel so similar to the Chrome interface? Little depressed for a while. After half a day's use, I still feel good on the whole, which is much better than the previous TT browser (it seems that TT is not dead yet).
On the interface, except for the status bar at the bottom, other places are almost the same as Chrome. They are happy to be clean. The bottom status bar provides the functions of kernel switching and web page size selection, and the link address is also displayed on the left here. The logo of the browser has also been changed, which makes it "ugly".
In terms of performance, I feel that the full strength of the webkit kernel has not been brought into play, and the speed of opening small pages is not very fast, such as Google Baidu and other search engines. In addition, the response speed of the browser on the new tag is not fast enough, and it feels a little "dull". In terms of settings, the currently provided functions are very few, only the most original "homepage modification" and other necessary functions are ignored. Moreover, the proxy of QQ browser still calls the proxy of IE, and the browser has no built-in proxy.
There is an update list of QQ browser 5.0 on the internet, but it is depressing that this list appeared in Baidu Space as early as February this year, while the browser came out in May...
1. Renamed QQ Browser. (It seems that Tencent has added QQ to both the left and right software names.)
2. The new UI design supports transparent effect, and the powerful skin engine brings perfect vision and use experience.
3. Fully optimized dual core engine, Webkit and IE dual core intelligent seamless switching, fast and stable browsing.
4, P2sp intelligent acceleration, whole web browsing acceleration experience, and dead link web browsing. (The whole network? I don't think so)
5. Comprehensively upgraded anti fake death technology to enjoy a pleasant browsing experience. (It's just to reopen the dead chain)
6. Comprehensively improve the video independent window playing function, with built-in video accelerator (you can choose whether to open it or not). (The previous TT has this function, but the current TT does not seem to have this function)
7. Perfect support for Windows 7 and various humanized applications under Windows 7.
8. The enhanced intelligent form filling function makes it easy to save various network account passwords.
9. The new transit compression mode ensures the browsing experience under low network speed.
10. Intelligent pre reading function (you can choose whether to turn it on or not) to get a better browsing experience. (The settings are not found after searching)
11. More details are optimized.
