Applicable medium temperature: - 10 ℃ - 200 ℃ (applicable temperature of NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 is - 10 ℃ - 80 ℃)
Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cSt - 300000cSt (applicable viscosity of NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 is 1.0cSt - 10000cSt)

The jacket and the pump body are cast together, with good thermal insulation effect, which can avoid various problems caused by welding the jacket
When heating is needed: heat preservation can be carried out by passing various heat mediums such as hot steam and conduction oil into the jacket cavity
When cooling is needed: various coolants can maintain the constant temperature of the inner ring type high viscosity pump body
Adjustable clearance: the pump can adjust the gear clearance according to the needs of viscosity without dismantling the pump, so as to meet the process requirements of the inner ring high viscosity pump under different viscosities. The big advantage of the overall bearing box is that the clearance can be adjusted only by rotating the bearing box. The operation is simple, without dismantling any parts of the pump
