KCB gear oil pump is suitable for transporting various oils, such as crude oil, diesel oil and lubricating oil. Copper gears can be used to transport low flash point liquids, such as gasoline, benzene, etc. The medium temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. If you need to use a high-temperature pump, you can contact our company to use high-temperature materials. The operating temperature of high-temperature pump shall not exceed 300 ℃, and the viscosity shall be 5 × 10-5 ～ 1.5 × 10-3m2/s.

Features of KCB gear oil pump

KCB gear oil pump mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and is installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve together with the shaft for operation. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working. There are reasonably designed oil drain and oil return grooves, which are the torque force borne by the gear during work. Therefore, the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high. The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, which can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, it should be noted that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for a long time, and can be installed on the pipeline separately if necessary. Seen from the extended end of the main shaft to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
