The S-type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is mainly used in water plants, air conditioning circulating water, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pump stations, power stations, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, shipbuilding industries and other occasions to transport liquids.

Structural characteristics of S-type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump

1. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, good stability and easy installation.

2. The double suction impeller with smooth operation and optimized design reduces the axial force to a low limit, and has a blade profile with excellent hydraulic performance. After precision casting, the inner surface of the pump casing and the surface of the impeller are extremely bright, with remarkable cavitation resistance and high efficiency.

3. SKF and NSK bearings are selected to ensure smooth operation, low noise and long service life.

4. The shaft seal shall be BURGMANN mechanical seal or packing seal. It can ensure 8000 hours of operation without leakage.

5. The installation form does not need to be adjusted during assembly, but can be based on the site use conditions. Separate or horizontal installation.

6. A self-priming device is added to realize automatic water absorption, that is, the pump can be started without the need to install a bottom valve, vacuum pump and backflow.

Application scope of S-type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump

The parts of the pump are pressed with stainless steel plates and welded by laser. There are many brands of stainless steel available for selection. Therefore, SLG pumps are widely used, mainly for conveying various clean water and light corrosive liquids, and can be used for residential water supply and pressurized industrial boiler water supply air-conditioning system, water treatment and reverse osmosis system, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
