1、 Product Overview:

2、 Product use:

FY series pneumatic slurry pump is applicable to the transportation of chemical slurry with high viscosity (VIS) ≤ 120000 CPS/25 ℃, and has the functions of explosion protection, corrosion resistance, sedimentation prevention, low noise, energy conservation, etc. It is an ideal mobile conveying equipment. It is used in artificial leather, film transfer leather, calendered leather, color coated plate, printing and dyeing, medicine, coating, chemical industry, textile, paint spraying, spraying, film aluminizing, color steel tile and other industries.

3、 Structure and principle:

This product uses the function of air pressure difference to make the piston run up and down, drive the guide piston to open and close, and play the role of lifting materials. Adjust the flow and air pressure of the working gas to the pneumatic slurry pump to control and adjust the feed flow of the pneumatic slurry pump. Combined with pneumatic hydraulic control system, it can work automatically.

4、 Usage:

1. Put the material guide pipe into the material barrel to be conveyed correctly first.

2. Connect the corrosion resistant hose to the discharge port to the feeding point.

3. The air inlet valve is closed, then connect the air source pipe to the air inlet valve connector, open the air inlet valve according to the required slurry flow, adjust the operating frequency of the throttle slurry pump, and it can work.

5、 Maintenance:

1. FY series pneumatic bucket pump shall be prevented from striking the cylinder body during use to avoid deformation, resulting in stuck plug and scrapping.

2. After the piston has been operated for more than one million times, the cylinder block shall be cleaned and 30 # lubricating oil shall be applied according to the water retention during air supply of the air compressor.

3. If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned in the working state in the solvent to prevent the slurry from freezing and blocking the guide pipe.

6、 Precautions:

1. During operation, if the cylinder body is hot (subject to the heat felt by hands), 30 # lubricating oil should be added immediately.

2. If the adjusting nut is loose during use and material leakage occurs, the nut shall be adjusted in time.

7、 Performance parameters:

Note: FY1.2T-2 FY3.2T-2 is applicable to 180-200L sealed barrel.
