Product Overview
YW type non blocking Submerged sewage pump It is a new generation of pump product successfully developed in combination with the use characteristics of domestic water pumps. It has obvious energy-saving effect, anti winding, non blocking, automatic installation and automatic control. It has a good effect in discharging solid particles and long fiber garbage.
This series of pumps adopts special impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump adopts the form of single channel or double channel, which is similar to a bend with the same section size, and has very good flow performance. With a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency, and the impeller has passed the dynamic and static balance test, so that the pump has no vibration in operation.
Product features
1. Special single blade or double blade impeller structure is adopted, which greatly improves the dirt passing capacity, and can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. The mechanical seal adopts new hard and corrosion resistant tungsten titanide material, which can make the pump operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.
3. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, remarkable in energy saving effect, convenient in maintenance, no need to build a pump room, and can work in the water, greatly reducing the project cost.
4. The pump has compact structure, small volume, convenient movement and simple installation.
5. It can be equipped with an automatic level control cabinet, which can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required level change, without the need for special personnel to look after it, so it is very convenient to use.
6. The pump is a vertical structure. When working, the pump body is immersed in liquid, so it is easy to start. There is no exhaust and evacuation problem. At the same time, it has no leakage and other characteristics. The depth of the liquid can reach 15 meters.
7. The coupling structure is advanced and reliable. The pump and motor are connected by coupling. The size of the pump shaft is precise, which ensures the stable operation of the pump with sufficient safety factor.
8. There are two types of pumps: single pipe installation and double pipe installation. The supporting parts are disc and square plate installation, which are suitable for different needs.

It is applicable to chemical industry, petroleum, pharmacy, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage system, municipal engineering, construction site and other industries to transport sewage and dirt with particles, and also used to pump clean water and corrosive media.
