ZXC series diesel engine self-priming centrifugal water pump unit is driven by the diesel engine, and the water pump is a horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump. Compared with other types of self-priming centrifugal pumps, this type of pump has no check valve, simple structure, reliable operation, long trouble free working time, convenient maintenance and use, small size, light weight, high efficiency, and special design consideration. Compared with the same pump, this type of pump has large displacement and high performance.

ZXC series diesel self-priming centrifugal pump units are more effective as emergency pumps in industrial and agricultural production, emergency rescue, such as waterlogging drainage and fire fighting. ZWC series diesel self-priming centrifugal pump units are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, chemical fiber, food, energy, transportation, urban water supply, agricultural drainage and irrigation, and sprinkler irrigation. It is used to transport clear water or other liquids with viscosity less than 5 and temperature lower than 80 ℃ and physical and chemical properties similar to clear water.

Technical principle:

ZXC series diesel engine self-priming centrifugal water pump unit is mainly composed of diesel engine, pump body, impeller rear cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water filling valve, inlet and outlet pipes, etc.

After the pump starts normally, the impeller sucks the liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipe together, and it can be fully mixed in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid carries the gas to the outer edge of the scroll chamber, forming a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion tube. At this time, due to the sudden decrease of flow rate, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas and liquid, and the gas continues to rise and discharge through the pump body outlet. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber and enters the impeller again from the return hole, mixes with the gas inhaled from the suction pipe inside the impeller, and flows to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller. As this process goes on again and again, the air in the suction pipeline will continue to decrease until the gas is sucked out. After the self-priming process is completed, the pump will be put into normal operation.
