QJP series stainless steel well submersible pump is the main equipment for deep well water lifting. The motor is directly connected with the pump. All units are submerged to work. It is compact in structure, easy to install and maintain, small in size, light in weight, efficient and energy-saving, and suitable for household use.
The working mode is continuous. The pump has small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure. It is easy to install and use and has strong adaptability. It is a new energy-saving and efficient product with advanced performance indicators.
2、 Working conditions of QJP series stainless steel deep well submersible pump:
It is used for single-phase AC power supply with frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 220 V, allowable variation range: 5%
(1) The water temperature shall not be higher than+20;
(2) The solid content in water (by mass) is not more than 0.01%;
(3) The pH value of the water is 6.5-8.5;
(4) The content of hydrogen sulfide is not more than 1.5mg/L;
(5) During normal operation, the electric pump shall be completely immersed in water, and dehydration operation is strictly prohibited.
(6) The working medium is clear water or liquid with chemical properties similar to clear water.
(7) The electric pump shall be fully submerged and the diving depth shall be no less than 0.5m and no more than 70m.

4、 QJP series stainless steel deep well submersible pump Application:

5、 Features of QJP series stainless steel deep well submersible pump

2. There are no special requirements for well pipes and lift pipes (that is, steel pipe wells, ash pipe wells, earth wells, etc. can be used; under pressure permission, steel pipes, rubber pipes, plastic pipes, etc. can be used as lift pipes

4. Simple structure, saving raw materials, proper management and service life have a direct relationship.
6、 Structure Description of QJP Series Stainless Steel Deep Well Submersible Pump
1. QJP stainless steel deep well pump consists of water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipe and control switch. The submersible pump is a single suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump: the submersible motor is a closed water filled wet, vertical three-phase cage asynchronous motor, and the motor and the pump are directly connected through a claw or single barrel coupling; Equipped with three core cables of different specifications; The starting equipment shall be air switches and self coupled pressure reducing starters of different capacity levels, the water delivery pipes shall be made of steel pipes of different diameters and connected with flanges, and the high lift electric pumps shall be controlled by gate valves.
2. A rubber bearing is installed in the guide shell of each stage of the submersible pump; The impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a conical sleeve; The guide shell is connected into a whole by threads or bolts.
3. The upper part of the high lift submersible pump is equipped with a check valve to avoid damage to the unit caused by the shutdown water sag.
4. The upper part of submersible motor shaft is equipped with labyrinth sand preventer and two reverse assembled skeleton oil seals to prevent quicksand from entering the motor.
5. The submersible motor adopts water lubricated bearings, and the lower part is equipped with a rubber pressure regulating film and a pressure regulating spring to form a pressure regulating chamber to regulate the pressure change caused by temperature; The motor winding adopts polyethylene insulation, nylon sheathed durable consumer goods hydro magnetic wire, and the cable connection method is based on the QJ type cable joint process. Remove the joint insulation and scrape off the paint layer, connect them separately, weld them firmly, and wrap a layer of raw rubber. Then wrap 2~3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape, wrap 2~3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape on the outside or glue a layer of rubber belt (bicycle inner belt) to prevent water seepage.
6. The motor is sealed with precision seam bolts, and the cable outlet is sealed with rubber gasket.
7. The upper end of the motor has a water injection hole, a drain hole, and the lower part has a drain hole.
8. The lower part of the motor is equipped with upper and lower thrust bearings. There are grooves on the thrust bearings for cooling. The stainless steel thrust discs are grinded against the thrust bearings, which follow the up and down axial forces of the water pump.
