Please provide the electronic version of your company's business license within the validity period.
2. It has the qualification for media competition cooperation, key industry customer service ability and material production ability, etc Please submit the corresponding information of your company according to the "Application Company Information Form".
3. If any of the decision makers, shareholders, major stakeholders or ultimate beneficiaries of the candidate service provider is a former or current employee of Baidu, the application should be made at the preliminary screening stage; Baidu has the right to cancel its service provider qualification if it fails to declare truthfully.
II meaning Time and process of applying to the company
1. Introduction Notification Letter Indication time: start immediately after project approval -On December 31, 2022, registration will not be accepted after the publicity period.
2. The interested company submits the application company information form and sends an email to channel_recruit_yinliudianshang@baidu.com 。
3. Baidu submitted materials to the intended company The preliminary screening review shall be completed within 3 working days, and the interested companies shall be formally informed of the preliminary screening results by email.
III matters needing attention
1. Your company shall ensure that the subject qualification meets the relevant national regulations and Baidu requirements, and shall not apply in the name of others, forge or alter false materials such as enterprise certificates, or practice fraud in other ways. Your company shall not disclose specific details related to the introduction of this service provider to a third party. In case of violation of the above contents, our company has the right to investigate your responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and will never cooperate with your company (including affiliated companies).
2. Matters of disqualification: Baidu has the right to disqualify the candidate or service provider if there are major problems with the candidate, including but not limited to the following:
2.1. The information (including data) provided by the selected service provider is inconsistent with the facts 。
2.2. The decision-making level, shareholders, major stakeholders, ultimate beneficiaries of the candidate service providers or the main body of the candidate service providers have illegal acts, major legal disputes, social public opinions, etc 。
2.3. If the candidate service provider or its related parties are Baidu's existing or historical distributors (including all sales systems), they should declare conflicts of interest to Baidu during the registration process; Baidu has the right to cancel its service provider qualification if it fails to declare truthfully.
2.4. If any of the decision makers, shareholders, major stakeholders or ultimate beneficiaries of the candidate service providers is a former or current employee of Baidu, they should make a declaration of conflict of interest to Baidu at the preliminary screening stage; Baidu has the right to cancel its service provider qualification if it fails to declare truthfully.
