Product Overview
FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump process. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with fluoroplastics, all flow passage parts are made of fluoroplastics alloy, the pump cover and impeller are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics by overall sintering and pressing, the shaft seal is made of externally installed advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramics (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring is made of tetrafluoroplastics filling materials, which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel body to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. The actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
main features
The most prominent feature of FZB self-priming pump is its self-priming function, which can pump the liquid below the pump installation position, with stable performance and simple operation. It only needs to fill the liquid before the pump is used for the second time, and after the pump is used for the second time, it does not need to fill the liquid. It can be started directly. The self-priming height can be determined within 2 to 4 meters according to the medium density, which is the choice to replace the bulky submerged pump.
Product use
The flow passage parts of FZB self-priming pump are all made of fluoroplastic and have self-priming function. Therefore, FZB self-priming pump is widely used, such as pumping corrosive liquid in underground tank to the target location, pumping acid and alkali in acid-base tank without outlet at the bottom to the target location, or for circulation between multiple acid tanks, or for acid unloading, etc. The humanized design principle and excellent working performance of FZB self-priming pump have become one of the essential pump equipment for more and more users.
