Tencent has become the main target of hacker attacks in 7 out of 10 cases

The first Internet and Criminal Justice High end Forum was held in Shenzhen yesterday. The forum revealed that Tencent and other Internet enterprises and large companies have become the main targets of hacker attacks.

The forum was jointly organized by Tencent, the Law School of Shenzhen University, and the Research Center for Intellectual Property Criminal Legal Protection of Shenzhen People's Procuratorate. According to Zhang Mengdong, the prosecutor of Shenzhen People's Procuratorate, the overall trend of cyber crime in Shenzhen has been on the rise in recent years. The number of criminal suspects arrested in the first 10 months of this year has exceeded the total number of last year, of which the youngest criminal suspect is only 17 years old. Among all 33 people, 25 are from the post-80s generation and 8 are from the post-90s generation. Regionally, Nanshan District accounts for 67% of the cases, because Nanshan District is the high-tech industrial base of Shenzhen, known as "Shenzhen Silicon Valley". The targets of these crimes are mainly Internet enterprises and large companies. For example, Tencent is the victim of 7 of the 10 registered cases of computer information system infringement.

Futian Court

Open the court at night for convenience

In order to speed up the efficiency of case handling and shorten the period of case handling, Futian Court added a night court to do a good job of case clearance at the end of the year.

At 19:00 yesterday, Futian Court held a court session in the 27th Trial Chamber to hear the case that the plaintiff Yang Mouyang sued the defendants Xu Mouxiong, Xu Mouhua, and Shenzhen Gexlan Garment Co., Ltd. for private lending disputes. The case and legal relationship are relatively simple, and after being filed, the case was assigned to the quick judgment and trial team for processing.

In order to speed up the efficiency of handling cases, the Court successfully contacted the plaintiff and defendant to participate in the proceedings by means of telephone service, SMS service and other means. The case was originally scheduled to be heard at 16:00 yesterday. Later, because the plaintiff's agent had an arbitration case at the same time, he applied for an extension of the hearing. Considering that the court's hearing arrangement at the end of the year was quite full, if the postponement of the hearing could be arranged after the Lunar New Year, the Futian Court decided to use the night court to hear the case on that night, and urged the case to be heard quickly. During the hearing that night, the presiding judge found out the facts of the case and listened to the opinions of both sides. In order to urge the parties to reach a mediation agreement and resolve the dispute harmoniously, the case was not sentenced in court.

It is reported that the Futian Court carried out the practice of night court to facilitate the parties to participate in the proceedings, which was supported by the parties, and achieved the effect of facilitating the people.
