Huang Xiaowei, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, introduced the development of China's semiconductor material industry in his speech. Lin Jian, Secretary General of Semiconductor Materials Branch of China Electronic Materials Industry Association, mentioned in his speech that semiconductor materials, as the key basic materials to support the national informatization construction, promote economic and social development and ensure national security, are receiving more and more attention from the whole society, and are developing rapidly in China. Semiconductor materials belong to high and new technology, with high threshold and great technical difficulty. They need collaboration, continuous innovation and long-term contribution from all parties involved in production, learning, research and application, as well as collaborative planning, joint cooperation and common development between government and enterprises and between enterprises.

As the host of this summit, Dezhou, Shandong, regards the new generation of information technology industry as the "No. 1 industrial chain", and focuses on increasing project attraction and expanding industrial clusters.
