Manufacturing materials

Main ingredients: 500g medium gluten flour, 250g meat filling

Seasoning: 1 onion, 2 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of five spice powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, several drops of sesame oil

Manufacturing steps

  1。 Add chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce, five spice powder, pepper and a little sesame oil into the meat filling and mix well. Remember to mix in one direction.

  2。 Add proper amount of warm water into the medium gluten flour, knead it into a dough, and let it stand up for 30 minutes.
