In China, autism has a problem of "low recognition" and "low social acceptance". Autistic families shoulder the double burden of economy and spirit. In order to expand the public's awareness of the autism group, gather the love of all sectors of society, promote and advocate caring for the autism group and their families, transmit positive energy and scientific ideas, and create an integrated social environment, Sponsored by the Beijing Membership Management Committee of the China Lion Federation, the China Association of the Mentally Handicapped and Their Relatives and Friends (China Fine Arts Association), Bethune Foundation, the Health Communication Center of the People's Health Publishing House, the Kangnazhou Autism Family Support Center, Yuandian Art Museum, and the Chinese Artists Magazine jointly launched the large-scale public welfare activity "Painting on Autism", Pass on the cognition and understanding of the autistic group through painting, and spread the popular science knowledge of autism to the society in a vivid way to show the unique views of the autistic group, so that the public can feel the unique vitality and appeal of the autistic group.

Sister Wang Zhanying, the initiator of this activity and the founding team leader of the Beijing Jinghua Team of the China Lions Federation, said that we hope to send out the voice of "love and care" through the activity of "Painting about Autism", so that the majority of primary and secondary school students and the public can participate in this activity to understand, accept and care for the autism group. This activity will collect paintings on their understanding of autism from the public, especially primary and middle school students and volunteers with painting skills. Participants will draw their own understanding of autism in the form of cartoons based on their understanding of a paragraph in the Handbook of Science Popularization for Autistic Children's Rehabilitation, accompanied by vivid text descriptions, Make it easier for the general public to accept and understand. We have joined forces with the China Fine Arts Association, influential love and rehabilitation institutions, 13 service teams of the Beijing Lions Federation, and professional volunteer groups to participate. Next, we will launch a painting bar, inviting artists and art professional volunteers to coach rehabilitation institutions and children participating in activities, Let ordinary children and special children understand and integrate each other in creation. We will not only publish the album "Painting on Autism", but also carry out a large-scale publicity and advocacy activity on April 2 next year. This activity is a "kindling". In the future, we hope that more caring people and teams can participate in it, and further develop it in terms of advocacy, parent training, and scientific research support, so as to contribute our wisdom and love to the autism community!

In his speech, Mr. Zhao Li, Chairman of the Beijing Management Committee of the China Lions Federation, said that autistic children in China have not yet been widely accepted and recognized by the society. Caring for autistic groups requires the joint efforts of the whole society. The China Lion Federation is a dynamic force in the field of charity services in China. While our lion friends practice our services, they try their best to promote social forces to understand and accommodate this special group. This year, our project theme is [Yuena], hoping to drive more people to help autistic children integrate into society as soon as possible, because they are the same as us, Have the right to enjoy life.

As the co sponsor of this conference, Ms. Wang Ping, director of Chongwen Children's Palace in Dongcheng District, said that Chongwenmen Children's Palace has always been enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings. We will also organize children to take up the paintbrush to describe their understanding, cognition and care for autism, so that autistic children can integrate into society and create their own beautiful future.

Gao Weidong, the representative of a well-known artist, delivered a simple and sincere speech. He said that as an artist, the most important thing is to reflect the artistic value and social value, and the social value is measured by how much contribution we have made to the society. We are willing to pick up our own brush and create more value for the autism public welfare activities!

Wen Hong, chairman and secretary-general of the China Association for Fine Arts, said in his speech that the activity of combining art with public welfare and letting ordinary children express their understanding of the autism community through paintings is of great positive significance. As one of the five main associations of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, China Fine Arts Association performs the responsibility of "representing, safeguarding rights and serving". China Fine Arts Association will do a good job in coordination and joint work, and at the same time give full play to the advantages of the Connaught Island Autism Family Support Center to help do a good job in the publicity and promotion of the public welfare activities of Painting on Autism. In terms of creating a broad social impact of "ten million" (that is, ten regions are linked, hundreds of institutions are involved, more than 1000 people interact, and millions of people are affected), we should give play to creativity and initiative, and strengthen the implementation.

Liu Zhi, the male lion brother of the Starlight Team and the general manager of Beijing Tianmeisheng Culture and Art Communication Co., Ltd., who has long been committed to the cultural and creative industry and actively participated in social welfare activities, said that the recent investment in the contemporary dance drama Painted Skin, which was based on Pu Songling's Strange Stories from a Lonely Studio, is not only a commissioned work of the 17th Shanghai International Arts Festival "Support for Young Artists Plan", It will also be an excellent performance work in the Beijing Golden Autumn Festival, landing in the Beijing PLA Opera House on October 30-31. Tianmeisheng plans to donate half of the ticket income from the first performance in Beijing to the project of "Painting to Say Autism". At the same time, it plans to start a public benefit tour of the dance drama "Painted Skin" nationwide in March 2016, use their practical actions to influence more social groups and enterprises, and devote themselves to projects that care for autistic children, so that art can reflect higher self value in public welfare undertakings.

The organizing committee will auction the artists' donations to the committee, and all the proceeds will be used as autism projects. Ma Jingxiu, a famous calligrapher, not only wrote the inscription "Love the country and Hong Kong" to the Beijing Hong Kong Federation, but also drew a delicate bamboo picture to donate to autistic families. We are not only deeply impressed by the artistic attainments of these artists, but also moved by their noble demeanor and great love.

At the event site, representatives of the 13 service teams of the China Lions Federation rang the bell with guests, Yang Hailong, the director of Painted Skin, and several leading actors performed wonderful clips on the spot, and the "Fireflies" group of the Beijing Jinghua Team of the China Lions Federation sang "On the Sun Island" on the spot.
