On September 15 this year, 50 associations in the press, publishing, radio, film and television industry jointly signed the Convention on Professional Ethics and Self discipline of Journalism, Publishing, Radio, Film and Television Professionals in Beijing. The convention clearly puts forward the "ten advocations" and "ten inactions", and takes the practice of socialist core values, the pursuit of professional ideals, and the promotion of good industry practices as the leadership. It is a strengthened version of the ethics of the press, publishing, radio, film, television industry in the new situation. On November 5, a symposium was held in Beijing on the Convention on Professional Ethics and Self discipline of Journalism, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Professionals, and everyone spoke enthusiastically about the Convention.
Fan Bingbing, as a young actor at the symposium, also made a special speech. In her speech, she believed that the Convention was based on reality, advocated socialist core values, adhered to the maintenance of the Constitution and laws as the guide, advocated and promoted the integrity of the industry, standardized personal words and deeds, gave full play to the moral role of practitioners, and gathered broad social consensus.
Fan Bingbing reviewed his own way of taking photos and talked about several feelings in public:
First of all, to be a good actor must first be a good person. As for the definition of "good people", different people have different opinions. I think the most basic standard is to abide by the law and discipline, behave in accordance with the norms, and act in a socially beneficial way. Nowadays, the public has a high degree of concern for film and television actors, and our every move has a direct impact on them, especially young people. Because of this profession, we often stay in the focus of social attention. Director Xie Jin often reminded us at that time that we should not forget our original intention, whether it is glory or low. I often think that Fan Bingbing should not only be a popular star, but also try his best to become an ambassador to promote social integrity and deliver social positive energy.
Secondly, a good actor should also be a dedicated person. Actors are an irreplaceable part of the creation. In the end, all the efforts of the staff should be presented through the work of the actors. The audience gave their greatest love and enthusiasm to the actors. We must also bear the pressure and hard work. Only by completing the work with high quality can we live up to the team and be worthy of the audience.
Moreover, a good actor should have some artistic attainments. An elder said that there are only small actors and no small roles. Many of the roles I have played are supporting roles. It is because of these supporting actors that I have been trained and educated, and I know that it is easier to be a star than to be an artist. Therefore, when I got the script, the first thing I thought about was not that the characters were more than the characters, but whether the characters in the script were alive, and whether I could bring her to the screen vividly.

The Convention proceeds from reality, advocates socialist core values, adheres to the guidance of upholding the Constitution and laws, advocates promoting integrity in the industry, regulates personal words and deeds, gives full play to the moral role of our employees, and gathers broad social consensus.
I have entered the film and television industry since I was 16 years old. I have participated in nearly 90 film and television dramas. Among them, "Guanyin Mountain" (film review), "Mobile Phone", "The Great Cause of Founding the Party", "The Second Exposure", "The Legend of Wu Meiniang", etc., received good responses and also won some small honors. Looking back on this section of Congying Road, I have several feelings:

Before the 2008 Olympic Games, I invited ten Tibetan and Qiang children from Sichuan to Beijing for sightseeing. We returned to the hotel in Beijing, accompanied them to sing and dance for their birthday, to see the Bird's Nest, and to see the flag raising in Tiananmen Square. Six years ago, by chance, after hearing what my friend Chen Lizhi had seen and heard when he went to Ali, Tibet, I decided to start the "Heart in Love" charity project with him. Over the past six years, we have been helping this region to screen and treat children with congenital heart disease. More than 200 children with congenital heart disease have passed through us and were sent from plateau to Beijing and Shanghai for surgery. Seeing the smiling faces of the children after their recovery, the happiness from the heart really makes people feel happy.
