"Let your children win at the starting line". In the social atmosphere of being eager for utility, people are busy making children master the skills of the super age group early and become the "genius" that everyone boasts, but the result may not be as expected by parents. More than two hundred years ago, Rousseau said: "Every age and every stage of life has its own perfection and its own unique mature state... Children have their own unique way of understanding, thinking and feeling; there is no more stupid thing to replace their way with our way."

Recently, the Children's Library of the Commercial Press published a set of "Little Brown Bear" series picture books (including "The Growing Story of Little Brown Bear", "The Big Event of Little Brown Bear", etc.). This work, which exhausted the life energy of Andersen Prize winner Danielle Buhl, was designated as the national reading book by the French Ministry of Education. This series of picture books has a full set of 108 stories, each of which contains stories suitable for children's age, and each contains profound educational ideas. Let children learn knowledge while having fun.

The "Little Brown Bear" series of picture books is a "jaw dropping" masterpiece of genius: spiritual obsession of humanistic feelings, exquisite and vivid imagination, impressive emotional language, and penetration and participation in adult social life. In the stories such as The Growing up Story of the Little Brown Bear and The Big Event of the Little Brown Bear, Rousseau's Emil is revived, and revived in a more realistic and vivid way. The revival is because it successfully incorporated the international cutting-edge education concepts into stories by virtue of the cute image of the "little brown bear". It is more real and vivid because the "living" growth experience of the little brown bear replaced adult preaching.

Rousseau regards education as a process, and educates children according to the characteristics of each stage of their growth. On the basis of age division, the "Little Brown Bear" series of picture books further refines the micro psychological and behavioral stages of children's starting to use the small toilet, learn to ride a bike, practice brushing teeth, and play a little temper. It attaches great importance to each stage and only teaches children what can be understood and useful at this stage.

The "Little Brown Bear" series picture books tell a story about the theme of a person's growth. It can be said that it discusses the topic of "good life" in a broader perspective, and can also be used as the key to understanding "good life". The image of "Little Brown Bear" was originally conceived by Claude Lebron, a teacher in Rennes, France. Ms. Claude Lebron wrote 60 stories. After 1979, Mary Obinet became the main author of the sequel. On the manuscript, Mary Obinet went deep into the readers' families to understand the readers' lives and got many creative inspiration, so that the works could conform to the children's psychology and be close to life. The picture book of the works was the masterpiece of Danielle Buhl, a famous French illustrator of children's books. Since 1975, when she first painted the "Little Brown Bear" series of stories, it has almost consumed Danielle Bull's lifelong energy, and even covered her other talents. The image of "Little Brown Bear" carefully created and cared for by various artists has finally become a masterpiece of French infant literature.

When reading this set of books, I thought of Rousseau's words. He said, "For a long time, they thought I was wandering in the land of dreams, while I thought they were always staying in the country of prejudice."
