On the eve of the opening of the forum, China Mobile Jinke and China Shield Anxin, together with major domestic telecom operators, promoted the establishment of the SIM Application Working Group of the Zhongguancun Anxin Network Identity Authentication Industry Alliance (OIDAA Alliance), and recommended China Mobile as the first round leader to jointly promote the implementation of SIM digital identity alliance standards, breakthroughs in key technologies, integration of industrial capabilities Apply vision goals such as scene expansion, and work together with members and partners of the OIDAA Alliance to build a new SIM digital identity ecosystem.

At this forum, China Mobile Jinke invited Huang Yaohui, Deputy Secretary General of the OIDAA Alliance, to make a keynote speech around SIM Digital Identity Development and Outlook. Huang Yaohui said that trusted identity authentication is an important cornerstone for the healthy development of the digital economy and the harmonious and stable network society. In the trend of comprehensively promoting the digital transformation of society, the construction of the national policy and regulation system is continuously improving, and the trusted identity authentication will also usher in a broader business development prospect.

Huang Yaohui pointed out that communication operators and Zhongdun Anxin, relying on the core technology of the "Internet+" trusted identity authentication platform (CTID platform), jointly built a 5G SIM card digital identity ecosystem, launched the "SIM digital identity", and "embedded" the network identity certificates issued by the CTID platform into the super SIM card to provide users with safe, convenient and reliable identity authentication services. SIM digital identity has the advantages of authoritative identity, desensitized information, cross domain mutual recognition, security deployment, national security computing, near field communication and other capabilities, and has application potential in many fields such as identity authentication, transportation, qualification certification, etc.

As for the future construction direction of SIM digital identity capability, Huang Yaohui said that he would continue to work with operators represented by China Mobile to establish "three unifications": "unified standards", to form a unified standard based on SIM digital identity, and to help industrial ecological integration; "Experience unification", based on the same platform, enables the outside world to reduce the cost of ecological docking and accelerate ecological development; "Brand unification" to form a unified SIM digital identity brand and improve the market awareness of the system.
