Accommodations
These services do not need to be requested and are available to all attendees。
- Reserved front row seating（for mobility，visual，auditory，or cognitive needs）。
- Open captions for concurrent scientific sessions。
- Captions will be available at the top of each room’s main screen。Dedicated seating areas will be set aside near the front of the room。Attendees can also access captions using their personal devices。Instructions will be available during the meeting。
- Wide walkways for wheelchair/scooter use。
- All restrooms in the Colorado Convention Center are accessible and compliant with ADA standards。

Dietary Restrictions
Meals are not included in the price of registration。Only add-on events for an additional cost and the open receptions will include catering at ASHG2024。ASHG makes everyeffort to provide gluten-free，dairy-free，nut-free，vegetarian，&vegan options atthese events but our catering partners cannot guarantee their availability and cannot ensure no cross contamination of allergens takes place。
