This agreement is a legal agreement between the user and Huisuan, and is the general terms used by the user when using Huisuan service. 1、 Definition

Huisuanzhang platform refers to Huisuanzhang website (www.huisuanzhang. com) and Huisuanzhang mobile application software (APP, WeChat official account, etc.) operated by Beijing Gongjin Technology Co., Ltd.

Users refer to the users who use the services of the Hui Accounting Platform.

2、 Effectiveness of the agreement

1. After you read and agree to this agreement and fill in the platform registration information according to the prompts on the page, you will be bound by this agreement.

2. You promise to accept and abide by the agreement. If you do not agree with the agreement, you should immediately stop using the Huizhang platform services; If you continue to access and use the services of the Huizhang platform, it will be deemed that you have known and fully agreed to the contents of this agreement.

3. Huisuan has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or various rules from time to time according to the update of national laws and regulations and the adjustment of product and service rules, and publicize them in the way of website publicity. If you continue to use the services of the Hui Accounting Platform, you will accept the revised agreement and rules. In case of any dispute, the latest relevant agreement and rules of Huisuan shall prevail.

3、 Registration

1. When you sign this agreement and complete the registration procedure, the corresponding registered account will be sent to you in the form of SMS.

2. You understand and agree that if you comply with and abide by the terms of this agreement, you can become a user of the Hui Accounting Platform after completing the registration process through the Hui Accounting Platform.

3. You understand and agree that once you register the user account of the platform, it will be deemed that you agree to Huisuan and the third party service organization authorized by Huisuan to provide one-on-one entrepreneurial consulting services and push corresponding entrepreneurial product service advertising information, promotion and other marketing information to the mobile phone number you filled in when you registered by SMS, email or telephone; If you don't agree, you can unsubscribe by contacting Huisuan.

4、 Scope and Limitation of Liability

1. Hui Accounting Platform is responsible for providing you with free company name verification service. However, Huisuan does not make any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to the applicability, no error or omission, continuity, accuracy, reliability, and suitability for a specific purpose of Huisuan service. At the same time, Huisuan does not make any commitment and guarantee for the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, stability, integrity and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the service. The company's name verification service results are only for reference.

2. You agree that if you find that any content of this website does not comply with the law or the user agreement, you are obliged to notify Huisuan in a timely manner. If you find that your personal information has been embezzled and your relevant rights have been violated, please inform Huisuan of this situation and provide relevant supporting materials at the same time.

3. You agree that Huisuan and the third party service organization authorized by Huisuan provide one-on-one entrepreneurial consulting services and push corresponding entrepreneurial product service advertising information, promotional concessions and other marketing information to your mobile phone number filled in when you register by SMS, email or telephone. The method and scope can be changed without special notice to you. Except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations, you shall be responsible for the transactions of marketing information by yourself, and Huisuan shall not be responsible for the losses or damages suffered by users due to the transactions conducted according to the marketing information or the content provided by the service agency authorized by the aforementioned third party.

4. Huisuan shall be exempt from the following acts of force majeure: normal equipment maintenance of information network, failure of information network connection, failure of computer, communication or other systems, power failure, strike, labor dispute, riot, uprising, riot, insufficient productivity or means of production, fire, flood, storm, explosion, war, government action, The inability or delay of service caused by the order of the judicial administrative organ or the omission of a third party.

5. Huisuan reserves the right to independently decide to refuse services, close user accounts, delete or edit content within the scope permitted by the laws in force in the mainland of the People's Republic of China.

5、 Privacy Policy

1. Huisuan will publish the privacy terms on Huisuan platform from time to time, and the privacy terms constitute an effective part of this agreement.

2. You know and acknowledge that Huisuan and the third party service organization authorized by Huisuan provide the user with relevant entrepreneurial consulting services. In this case, if the corresponding subject of Huisuan has signed an appropriate confidentiality clause with the third party, Huisuan has the right to provide the user's registration information to the third party. In addition, Huisuan has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database without disclosing the private information of a single user.

3. Huisuan will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. You understand and agree with this.

6、 Applicable law, jurisdiction and others

If there are no relevant provisions in the laws, the general international business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.

2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

3. Disputes and disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between Huisuan and you; If the negotiation fails, it shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
