Escape encoding/decoding

The Escape online encryption tool uses escape to encrypt the input text. The encrypted data can read the string on all computers.
Escape uses the ISO Latin character set to encode the specified string. All space characters, punctuation marks, special characters and other non ASCII characters will be converted into character codes in% xx format (xx is equal to the hexadecimal digits of the character code in the character set table).
