Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund ("Terms")

Mainland China customers

Thank you for shopping at Apple. We provide you with cool products to choose from. Whether you buy products in Apple online store or call Apple phone center (collectively referred to as "Apple Store"), we want you to have a beneficial experience when you understand, evaluate and purchase our products.

As with any other purchase, you need to comply with the relevant terms and conditions when making a purchase in the Apple Store. Therefore, please note that once you place an order in the Apple Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions and Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Standard return policy

We try our best to design and manufacture products to meet your needs, so we are confident that you love the products you buy from the Apple Store. However, we also understand that sometimes you may have different expectations of the product. Although the possibility of this situation is very small, if you have this idea, please know the following terms related to product return.

If you need to return the product, you only need to conduct self-service return operation in your personal account within 14 days from the date of product delivery, or contact our customer service team to apply for return. If you pick up your goods through an Apple retail store, you can also return your goods to the Apple retail store where you pick up your goods. Only orders picked up at Apple retail stores can be returned to the store. You need to return the undamaged products together with the original invoice and original packaging. If the product is returned within the aforementioned time limit, we will replace it or refund you with your original payment method. Please note that we only support domestic refunds and do not support refunds to regions outside mainland China. We will refund you promptly after receiving the returned products, but the specific time when your bank card receives the refund depends on the internal policies and operating practices of your card issuing bank. If you have any questions about when the refund will be returned to your account, please contact your card issuing bank. Please pay attention to the following points:

  • The product can only be returned in the country or region where the product was purchased.
  • The following products are not returnable: downloaded electronic software, ordered software upgrade plans, Apple Store gift cards, and any Apple Developer Alliance products.
  • If the software package is sealed with a software license, and you can see the software license before opening the software package, the software cannot be returned once it is unpacked. As an exception, if you do not agree to the license terms of Apple branded software, you can return the software, but you have no right to retain or otherwise use any backup of the software.
  • Apple provides you with security features to help you prevent product loss or theft. If you do not disable these functions before returning the product, Apple has the right to refuse to return or exchange the product for you.
  • The expedited delivery fee will not be refunded when refunding.
  • You agree that before returning the product, you are responsible for erasing all personal files and data created by you on the returned product. If you want to keep any files or data created by you, you should back up your own before returning the product. After returning the product, Apple will not be responsible for any document or data that remains on or is erased from the returned product.

Special return policy for Apple Watch products

When returning or replacing Apple Watch Edition series products, the products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or use traces. After returning, the products will be tested by Apple's external factory. After passing the test, we will provide return or replacement. According to the payment method when you purchase, we will refund your bank card/credit card by bank telegraphic transfer. If the product is returned in its original packaging and unused state, we will refund you within ten working days after receiving the returned product.

Buy iPhone

The purchase and use of iPhone are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the following pages: http://www.apple.com.cn/legal/sla and http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-china.html In addition, once you purchase iPhone, you clearly confirm that the following terms can be used:

  • Wireless service plan support is required to activate all iPhone features.
  • Unauthorized modifications to iPhone software violate the iPhone software license agreement. If you cannot use your iPhone due to unauthorized modification of software, its repair will not be covered by the warranty.

Wireless Services

Some Apple products may incur additional costs when using wireless services, and they are subject to the terms of a separate agreement between you and the wireless service provider you choose. Returning the product to Apple does not automatically cancel your wireless service. You should be responsible for your wireless service agreement and bear any related expenses related to your wireless account. For more information, contact your wireless service provider.

Pricing and price reduction/price correction

For pricing, Apple reserves the right to change the price of the products displayed in the Apple Store at any time, and Apple has the right to correct incorrect pricing that may occur unintentionally. In case of pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to continue trading at the correct price, or cancel your order at no cost to you. If Apple reduces the price of any Apple branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, please call 400-666-8800 to contact Apple's contact center to request a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the current sales price, or to exchange for a deduction. You must contact Apple within 14 calendar days after the price change to receive a refund or deduction. Please note that this policy does not apply to price reduction within a time limit, such as price reduction in special sales activities such as Red Friday.

Order acceptance/confirmation

The information contained in the Apple Store only constitutes an invitation to offer. Any such information does not constitute our offer to provide any products. You make an offer to us through the following to purchase your selected products according to these terms and conditions. During the ordering process, we will communicate with you about the order processing and shipment preparation through email or iMessage information, but we will accept your order only when we receive your full payment. Once we have processed your order and are ready to ship, we will send you the shipping details via email or iMessage message. In most cases, goods in stock will complete this process within 24 hours. When the goods are out of stock, you will only receive an email or iMessage message containing the delivery details after the goods arrive and are ready to be shipped. Please note that any delivery or delivery time we show you is only an expected date before sending the delivery details. The estimated delivery time of your order depends on whether the product is available, payment processing time and warehouse processing time, and does not include in transit time. Apple may request additional eligibility information before accepting or processing any order.

Shipment and delivery

Please visit Shipping and receiving Page to know the delivery method and time of the products you purchased in the Apple Store. click here View a list of cities available for shipping. Once your ordered products leave our premises, the actual delivery may be affected by many events beyond Apple's control, so Apple will not bear the responsibility for delayed delivery. If we fail to deliver your products to you within 30 days after sending you an email or iMessage message with shipping details, you can choose to cancel your order. We will not start processing payment until we receive all the required information, and you need to pay in full. For deferred payment, Apple must receive your payment before the date shown in the email or iMessage message listing the payment instructions, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Whereas Apple is responsible for the delivery of products purchased in the Apple Store online store, when you or a third party designated by you achieve the physical possession or complete receipt of the product, the risk of loss or damage related to the product will be transferred to you or the third party designated by you. When the carrier picks up the product from our warehouse, the ownership of the product will be transferred to you. At this time, you will receive the delivery notification email. In addition to your personal signature, the signature of your living family or the third party designated by you, or your instruction to the carrier to place the product at the designated place, will also be deemed as your own signature, and the product has been delivered. In store pickup

We provide in store pickup services for many products in the Apple Store online store. Some products and payment methods may not be applicable to in store pickup services. Orders with discounts or discounts may not be available for in store pickup services. When picking up the goods, you must show your photo ID card or passport issued by the government, as well as other documents required in our email to you. Only you can pick up the purchased products in the store. The name on your ID card or passport must match the name on the order. When picking up the goods, you should carry a valid ID card issued by the government. If you have entered the ID card number as required, you must carry the corresponding ID card. Apple will notify you when your order is ready and tell you the time limit for picking up the goods. If you do not pick up the goods before the specified date, we have the right to cancel your order and refund you according to your original payment method. Only applicable to consumers

The Apple Store only sells and ships products to end user consumers. You may not purchase products in the Apple Store for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we have reasonable reasons to believe that your purchase of products is not for the final needs of life consumption, regardless of whether you have completed the payment or not.

Only applicable to sales in Mainland China

This policy is only applicable to mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Apple Store accepts orders from billing addresses in mainland China. Apple will not ship products purchased in the Apple Store to addresses outside mainland China. We will not ship to the address of the shipping company. Apple products must comply with the laws and regulations of China mainland and international export control, and the purchase, sale, export, re export, transfer and use of Apple products must comply with the provisions of the aforementioned export laws and regulations.

Product supply and restrictions

Due to the popularity of some of our products, there may be supply constraints. We may limit the quantity of products of the same type purchased by a single order or associated orders, and Apple reserves the right to change the quantity of products available at any time until we receive your full payment.

Apple manufacturer's one-year limited warranty policy

Apple provides a one-year manufacturer's limited warranty policy against material and workmanship defects for any new Apple branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be found in Mainland China Hardware Assurance Page Review and include in your Apple hardware box. Apple's one-year limited warranty policy does not apply to non Apple branded products, even if they are packaged or sold together with Apple products. Non Apple branded products can enjoy the manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer - see your product packaging and instructions for details.

data protection

Once you place an order, you agree that we can store, process and use the data you provide for processing your order. If you express this in the relevant part of the settlement page, by ordering, you also agree that we can transfer such data (except credit card information) to other companies in the Apple Group, so as to provide you with information about other Apple products and services that you may be interested in from time to time. If you do not agree that we transfer such data to other companies in Apple's corporate group to provide you with other Apple product and service information from time to time, you should explicitly refuse to agree in the relevant part of the settlement page. Upon written request, you can obtain a copy of your data held by us. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for handling the request. If any of your data held by us is incorrect, we will correct it at your written request.
