High temperature: refers to the weather phenomenon where the daily maximum temperature reaches more than 35 ℃. It is called extreme heat when the temperature reaches or exceeds 37 ℃.

High temperature precautions:

1 Try to avoid or reduce outdoor activities during the day, especially when it is 10-16, do not go out for sports and work in the hot sun.

2 It is not suitable to sleep on the balcony, under a tree or in the open air. It is appropriate to sleep late and get up early, and take a nap at noon.

3 Wear straw hat and light colored clothes when working outdoors, and provide drinking water and heatstroke prevention medicine. If you feel dizzy and uncomfortable, stop working immediately and rest in the shade.

4 When you are sweating heavily, you should not take a bath with cold water immediately. You should first dry the sweat, and then take a bath with warm water after a short rest.

5. Do not blow the indoor air conditioner and electric fan directly against the head or a part of the body for a long time.

6 Avoid mosquito bites, scalds, etc. on the skin, and prevent infection caused by high temperature and increased bacterial reproduction.

7 Do not eat food bitten by flies, drink less raw water and pay attention to food hygiene.

Special people spend summer safely

Elderly and infirm patients:

1. Check your health frequently and seek medical advice in case of discomfort.

2 Try to avoid going out. If you want to go out, you must be accompanied by your family.

It is advisable to sit still more and guard against impetuosity and anger.

4 Don't take too much cold, and the room should be ventilated.

1. Avoid too warm and thick quilts, and wear loose, breathable and short clothes

2. It is not advisable to eat too many cold drinks. Food should be fresh and thoroughly cooked. If indigestion occurs, seek medical advice in time.

3. The room should be ventilated, and it is better not to sleep in the sleeping mat.

4 Take a bath every day to avoid prickly heat and prevent burns or bumps.
