The center of the tropical depression in the southeast ocean of Taiwan is located in the northwest Pacific Ocean about 895 kilometers southeast of Eluanbi, Taiwan, at 8 o'clock this morning (20th), which is 19.3 degrees north latitude and 129.0 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 7 degrees (15 meters/second), and the minimum pressure in the center is 1002 hpa.

It is expected that the center of the low pressure will move to the west by north at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour, and the intensity will gradually increase. It is likely to develop into the 13th typhoon of this year around this evening, and gradually close to the coastal area of southeast Taiwan.
