1. The government and relevant departments shall prepare for typhoon emergency according to their responsibilities;
2. Stop indoor and outdoor large gatherings and outdoor dangerous operations at high altitude;
3. Take active response measures for water operations and passing ships in relevant waters, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from dragging anchor, grounding and collision;
4. Reinforce or remove the structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel shall not go out at will to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and the dangerous house personnel shall be transferred in time |
