It is estimated that the comprehensive meteorological drought index in the next week will reach the extreme drought (the meteorological drought will occur once in more than 50 years), or more than 60% of the crops in a county (district) will suffer from drought. |

Governments at all levels and relevant departments have launched emergency water supply schemes such as long-distance water transfer, and taken various means such as providing external water, digging deep wells, and delivering water on vehicles to ensure the drinking water for urban and rural residents and livestock; 3. To supply domestic water for urban residents in limited time or quantity, and to reduce or stop agricultural irrigation water supply in stages; 4. Non productive high water consumption and service industry water are strictly prohibited, and industrial sewage discharge is suspended; 5. The meteorological department shall increase the intensity of artificial precipitation in due time. |
