CARCO-PRP is specialized in protecting the main bearing and reducer of onshore and offshore wind turbines.

We provide CARCOSEAL gaskets with different profiles depending on the type of turbine and the lubricant used; The mixtures used are resistant to low temperatures and ozone.

CARCOSEAL rings are available whole for new installations and cut (split) with adhesive kits for maintenance.

The PTFE LINER solution significantly reduces:

  • friction from gaskets
  • The heat generated
  • Dispersion of energy produced

CARCO-PRP personnel are able to inspect the turbines and replace the sealing rings on site.
