The data collected and processed by our company are stored at its operating headquarters in Basiano (MI), Via Ugo Foscolo, 2/4.

Personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to execute the commercial relations in place with Carco or to execute the download services reserved for registered users on the site www.carcoprp.com and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 10 years from the termination of individual business relationships or the cancellation of the site.

The provision of personal data relating to the processing for the purpose referred to in point 3), lit. The technical data sheets are to be understood as an indicative summary of the main characteristics of the product, they do not constitute an express or implied warranty of the product, which may be subject to changes depending on the correct or incorrect use of the information contained in the aforementioned data sheets. In any case, this information is considered to be the exclusive property of Carco – Precision Rubber Products S.p.A. and may not be the subject of public dissemination, but of use limited to product knowledge. Carco – Precision Rubber Products S.p.A. reserves the right, at its discretion and to protect its Know-How, to refuse to grant the access password to the download service to those who provide false or untrue data.
