On December 10, 2018, this magazine published the article "Farewell, state-owned enterprise hospital", which introduced the related issues in the state-owned enterprise hospital's divestiture of the main enterprise and the subsequent restructuring. The article said that "Wang Jiasu was sentenced to three years' imprisonment by the Maoming Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province in the second year". This content is inconsistent with the facts. Upon investigation, according to the relevant criminal ruling issued on May 16, 2018 by the China Judgment Document Network, the People's Court of Maonan District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province, the court of first instance, sentenced Wang Jiasu to three years' imprisonment on December 6, 2017. On April 26, 2018, the court of second instance, the Guangdong Maoming Intermediate People's Civil Court, ruled to revoke the above judgment and remand it to the original court for retrial.
