  • If the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances, we will not be responsible for handling complaints and refunds (unless otherwise specified), and have the right to terminate the delivery service:

    (3) After we arrived at the designated time and place, we were unable to find (contact) the recipient.
    (4) National major holidays (such as Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Chinese Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) can only guarantee delivery on the same day. Orders that have not selected scheduled services can only be used as a reference for the delivery time requirements. Orders that have selected scheduled services but have not been delivered within the specified time period will only be refunded scheduled fees
    (5) The order that the consignee has signed on the commodity distribution order to confirm receipt will not be refunded.
    (6) No refund will be given if the customer provides wrong and unclear address or phone number, and we cannot find or contact the consignee;

    (15) No refund will be made if the consignee rejects the goods for no reason other than quality or service reasons. (For example, because of the feelings of the orderer and the consignee, or because of online cheats, etc.)
    (16) The contents filled in the special description column of the order are only for delivery reference, not mandatory requirements, and therefore cannot be used as the reason for complaint and refund.
    (17) If our fault really infringes the purchase rights and interests of the orderer or the recipient, we will only bear the loss and compensation within the amount of the order.
    (18) Flowers (including animal bouquets, etc.) are handicrafts and cannot be guaranteed to be identical, but the similarity between the real object and the reference picture as well as the quantity and quality of the main flower materials can be guaranteed.     (19) As the raw materials of each flower shop may be inconsistent with the reference picture, we only guarantee the similarity between the real object and the reference picture as well as the quantity and quality of the raw materials.     (21) Provisions on membership and order reservation: if a registered member has no history of purchase within 60 days, we will delete his membership; For unpaid orders, without communication with the florist, we will delete the order after the delivery date of the order.
