Service Statement

The following is the general service statement of China Flower Cake Network (Wenzhou Flower World Flower Art Co., Ltd.). Otherwise, please stop the order immediately. Missing or wrong orders shall be notified to China Flower Cake Network for processing within 48 hours, and will not be accepted after expiration!
3. If there is a shortage of production materials and the orderer cannot be contacted directly, China Flower Cake Network will replace equivalent or super value flower materials according to the actual situation of the order, and the orderer or consignee shall not use this as a reason for complaint or refund.
4. If we cannot find (contact) the consignee after delivery at the specified time and place, no refund will be made.
5. National major holidays (such as Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Chinese Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) can only guarantee delivery on the same day. Orders without regular service can only be used as a reference for the delivery time requirements. Orders with regular service selected but not delivered within the specified time period will only be refunded the fixed time fee.
6. The order that the consignee has signed on the commodity distribution sheet to confirm receipt will not be refunded, and the complaint and refund will not be accepted if the complaint period is exceeded.
7. If the customer provides an incorrect and unclear address or phone number, and we cannot find or contact the consignee, no refund will be made;
8. If the customer fails to complete the payment in full 8 hours before the order is delivered, the delivery service can be terminated. If the customer fails to notify China Flower Cake Network to deliver flowers after the payment, the complaint of missing orders will not be accepted;
9. Customers may terminate the distribution service if they fail to pay the corresponding distribution fees for the far and near suburbs according to the website distribution area or customer service requirements;
10. No refund will be made if the order status is in the status of dispatched;
11. If we cannot contact or find the consignee himself at the first time, we should be allowed to find someone related to the consignee to collect, and the orderer should not complain or ask for a refund for this reason;
12. If the time and place specified by the consignee is inconsistent with the time and place specified by the orderer, we will take the time and place specified by the consignee as the criterion, and the orderer shall not use this as the reason for complaint and refund;
13. For orders such as payment after flower delivery or payment upon delivery, China Flower Cake Network will directly arrange for goods preparation and delivery. Once such orders are confirmed, they cannot be cancelled. If you cancel the order midway, we still have to recover the payment from the orderer or consignee, even if you have not received the goods;
14. For orders such as payment after delivery of flowers or payment upon delivery, the orderer shall not refuse to pay or underpay the purchase price for reasons other than goods and services (such as feeling that the price is expensive or suddenly not wanted), otherwise, China Flower Cake Network will take any means to recover the purchase price;
15. No refund will be given if the orderer is unable to contact the orderer for assistance in delivery;
16. If the order cannot be delivered after two deliveries as required by the orderer or consignee, it shall be deemed that the order has been completed and no refund will be made;
17. Orders that exceed the delivery time of the order for one month or more due to customer reasons shall be deemed as completed and will not be refunded;
18. By default, the website does not actively display or tell the name of the orderer to the consignee. The consignee can only see all the contents in the message board. If you need to sign your name, please fill in the message board by the orderer. If you need to be forced to be anonymous, please choose anonymous delivery, otherwise the customer complaints caused will not be accepted;
19. By default, the website will display the delivery message on the China Flower Cake Network. If the orderer does not agree to display the message, please choose not to display it when filling in the order. The orderer or consignee shall not complain about whether there is a display message or not;
20. For those who do not respect the customer service personnel, delivery personnel or florists of China Flower Cake Network, they refuse to accept the service statement related to the delivery of China Flower Cake Network after explanation, deliberately make trouble without reason, and put forward an order with unreasonable requirements. Before the flowers are ready, China Flower Cake Network Fresh Flower Shop has the right to suspend the delivery service and return all the money paid, If flowers have been prepared, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the cost of flowers, and the delivery service will be suspended at the same time;
21. No refund will be made if the consignee refuses without reason for reasons other than quality or service. (For example, because of the feelings of the orderer and the consignee, or because of online cheats, etc.)
22. Any content can be filled in the special instructions of the order, which we cannot or cannot meet. These contents are only referred to when the delivery conditions of the flower shop allow. The flower shop does not charge any fees for these contents, so we cannot force requirements. For example, many customers like to write "delivery before * * * time" in the special instructions, but many times customers complain that the flower shop is not dutiful with this explanation. Again, they make a special statement that the contents in the special instructions of the order are only for reference, not mandatory. If mandatory timing is required, you must choose the timing service. The contents in the special instructions of the order shall not be used as the reason for complaint and refund.
23. If our fault really infringes the purchase rights and interests of the orderer or the recipient, we will only bear the loss and compensation within the amount of the order.
24. Flowers (including cartoon bouquets, etc.) are handicrafts, which cannot be guaranteed to be identical, but the similarity between the real object and the reference picture as well as the quantity and quality of the main flowers are guaranteed. The orderer shall not complain or ask for a refund on the basis of "identical" or differences in auxiliary flowers (except for express column goods);
25. With regard to brand cakes, each cake must be marked with the brand name and must not complain or reject the cake for not seeing the brand clearly. The price of the cake is not the price of the physical store, and it is not allowed to complain after receiving the cake because the price is too high. After the cake is delivered, it needs to be checked and accepted on the spot. If the consignee fails to check and accept on the spot, we will consider that it has been checked and accepted; Sign for acceptance after there are no problems. If the cake is damaged or skewed, it can be rejected. We can arrange the branch store to make it again and then deliver it, or refuse to refund. All relatives and friends need to keep the defective cake, and we will return and replace it one-on-one for you.
26. As the raw materials of fluffy toys or animal bouquets in each flower shop may be inconsistent with the reference pictures, we only guarantee the similarity between the real objects and the reference pictures as well as the quantity and quality of the raw materials. The orderer shall not complain or ask for a refund on the basis of "identical" or the difference in the shape and color of the raw materials (except for the express column goods);
27. As the raw materials of cakes, chocolates and chocolate bouquets may not be consistent with the reference pictures, we only guarantee the similarity between the real objects and the reference pictures, as well as the quantity and quality of the raw materials. The orderer shall not complain or ask for a refund on the basis of "identical" or the difference in the shape and color of the raw materials (except for the express column goods);
28. Provisions on membership and order reservation: if a registered member has no history of purchase within 60 days, we may delete his membership; For unpaid orders, without communication with China Flower Cake Network, we will delete the order after the delivery date of the order. For paid orders that cannot be delivered due to customer reasons, we will delete the order 30 days after the delivery date; For completed orders, we may delete them 90 days after the delivery date. The deleted orders can no longer be queried. For the membership or order deleted under the above circumstances, China Flower Cake Network will not accept complaints and undertake refund requirements;
29. When the orderer submits the order, it means that you have understood and agreed to the general service statement of China Flower Cake Network, and it is not allowed to complain and refund on the grounds of not understanding, not understanding or not agreeing;
30. Other service statements of the website are regarded as the continuation and supplement of the general service statement. In case of any conflict with the general service statement, the general service statement shall prevail;
31. If the orderer or recipient does not accept the general service statement of China Flower Cake Network, puts forward unreasonable delivery service requirements and does not accept the explanation of China Flower Cake Network, no refund or termination of service will be made.
32. China Flower Cake always maintains the interpretation authority of the general service statement of China Flower Cake.
33. If a dispute arises and both parties are unable to settle it through consultation, the orderer or consignee should timely complain to the local communication administration, online supervision, consumer association, industry and commerce and other departments where China Flower Cake is located until the people's court where China Flower Cake is located files a lawsuit.
