Press "win+R" to call out the operation, enter "gpedit. msc" and enter; Click "Windows Settings" and select "Policy based Qos"; Right click Policy based Qos and select Advanced Qos Settings; Check "Specify Inbound TCP Throughput Level", select "Level 3", and click "OK"; Go back to the previous interface, select the management template, click "Network" - "Qos Packet Scheduler", and double-click "Limit Reserved Bandwidth"; Select Enabled, set the bandwidth limit to 0, and click OK.
