2024 China Daqing First International Youth Cross country Skiing Short distance Race Held

On January 20, under the guidance of China Skiing Association, sponsored by Daqing Sports Bureau and Daqing Longfeng District Government, undertaken by Daqing Kalhu Sports Culture Co., Ltd., Beijing Sanbei Aoxue International Event Management Co., Ltd., Daqing Longfeng District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau The 2024 China Daqing First International Youth Cross country Skiing Short distance Race co organized by Daqing Longfeng District Education Bureau was held in Sanyong Lake, Daqing.

The competition set up: men's/women's 17-18 years old group - free cross-country skiing 10 kilometers, men's/women's 15-16 years old group - free cross-country skiing 5 kilometers, men's/women's 13-14 years old group - free cross-country skiing 2.5 kilometers, men's/women's 11-12 years old group - free cross-country skiing 1.5 kilometers. In addition, in order to encourage the public to participate in the competition, the men's and women's cross-country skiing free technical skiing 10 km race has also been added.

The event attracted 60 young athletes from Russia, the Republic of Bulyat of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sakha of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, France and other countries along the "Belt and Road" and nearly 500 cross-country skiers in China. This event will inject new vitality into the revitalization and development of Daqing's ice and snow sports tourism industry and economic growth, and build a bridge of friendship for sports and cultural exchanges between Eurasian countries.

After fierce competition: the champion of the men's 10km group was won by Russia's Filipov Geolev Iselgaevic, the Russian player Lebedev Vacheslavyevgenevic won the second place, and the Russian player Stramirav Gligauri Romanovic won the third place.

The women's 10km group champion was won by Russian player Nigezina Alina Vidalievna. Chinese player Chen Jiayi won the second place, and Russian player Mirinikova Sofia Alexeyevna won the third place.

The men's 5km champion was won by Chinese player Zhong Guoqiang, Kazakhstan's Galasbek Azimu won the second place, and Chinese player Jin Yuchen won the third place.

The women's 5km champion was won by Russia's Goncharuk Sofia Vidalievna, Russia's Skupayeva Uliana Alexeevna won the second place, and Russia's Sambuyeva Yelizavita Balilovna won the third place.

The 2.5km champion of the men's group was won by Russian player Vladitsev Dmitry Alexeyevich, Russian player Rudehe Sergei Alexeyevich won the second place, and Russian player Kirimiojin Nigeida Sergeyevich won the third place.

The 2.5km champion of the women's group was won by Trivonova Valeliya of Kazakhstan, Kolaxin Balina Yevgenyevna of Russia, and Malkova Anna Alexeyevna of Russia, respectively.

The 1.5km champion of the men's group was won by Russian player Saker Andrey Yuriyevich, Russian player Leochiev Mikhail Alexeyevich won the second place, and Russian player Durbanov Yegel Vladimirovich won the third place.

The 1.5km champion of the women's group was won by Zheng Xunuo of China, Guseva Yekaterina Aleksandrovna of Russia was the runner up, and Zhang Xinyao of China was the runner up.

The purpose of this competition is to plant the development concept of "ice and snow are also golden mountains and silver mountains", and vigorously develop the ice and snow sports industry.
