The overall situation of deepening football reform in China has been decided, where are the difficulties? Many people in the industry talked about two problems when they were interviewed: first, there is a lack of a nationwide popular youth training textbook for primary and secondary schools; Secondly, there is a big gap in "campus football coach". On February 16, the Education Department of Shandong Province and the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company signed the Framework Agreement on Cooperation to Promote the Development of Campus Football in Shandong Province in Jinan. According to the agreement, the Provincial Department of Education will work with Luneng Sports to develop campus football in Shandong, which may be regarded as a new attempt and breakthrough.

When will the Youth Training Program be released

In 2014, the German team won the World Cup. Many people mentioned that this was due to their years of focus on youth training. Speaking of this, one detail is that German youth football has a "ten thousand hours" training plan, that is to say, 18 to 20 hours of training every week for 8 to 10 years to cultivate a comprehensive football talent. The preciseness and meticulousness of the Germans can be seen from this, so the success of the German national team is no accident.

Japan, China's neighbor, also has a detailed football youth training outline. Pupils of all ages, such as U6, U8 and U10, have unified teaching materials. These teaching materials are developed by experts at home and abroad according to the characteristics of their own football development. What needs to be practiced at what age is very standardized and detailed. For more than 20 years, the Japanese youth training team has consistently implemented the provisions of this program, and its overall football level has made great progress and development.

What about China? Recently, a football coach took out four youth football training outlines from his desk when he was interviewed. The contents of the outlines vary from year to year, from publisher to publisher. As there is not a set of current football textbooks for primary schools so far, the football teaching in China's schools is fragmented and the good and the bad are intermingled, making it difficult to standardize and systematically carry out campus football.

Teachers are still weak

Football "starts from the child, from the grassroots, from the foundation, and from the mass participation". Nowadays, all parts of the country attach great importance to the construction of campus football. Taking Jinan, Shandong Province as an example, the 2013-2014 youth campus football activities in Jinan started in September 2013 and ended in August 2014. The autumn competition in the urban group started on October 15, 2013. A total of 34 primary school teams (23 men and 11 women) and 15 junior high school teams (8 men and 7 women) from the urban area of Jinan participated in the game, with 143 matches and 1120 participants; The annual finals of campus football started on March 15, 2014. A total of 35 primary school teams (male 20, female 15), 16 junior high school teams (male 10, female 6), and 8 senior high school teams (male 6, female 2) from the urban area participated in the finals, with 142 matches and 1033 players. Compared with previous years, the scale and number of participants have increased. A relevant person from Jinan Amateur Sports School said in an interview that "the current situation is gratifying, but the bottleneck still exists". He believed that the "bottleneck" of campus football development is reflected in the fact that the teachers are still very weak.

Coaches are the main body of the whole training system. At present, Jinan campus football coaches are generally held by school physical education teachers or outside instructors. There are some problems such as lack of relevant knowledge and theory, backward training concepts, single training methods and means, and lack of professional training methods. In addition, in recent years, the training of coaches is relatively lagging behind, As a direct result, there are few advanced scientific training means in the training work, the guiding ideology of youth training is not clear, and the law of youth training is ignored. At this stage, the professional ability of coaches is far from being able to adapt to the rapidly developing football situation. Especially for counties (cities) and districts, the shortage of teachers has greatly restricted the improvement of football level. This situation in Jinan is very common throughout the country.

Shandong Football Brews "Big Moves"

Some time ago, a coach of Luneng Football School said in an interview that the country's attention to campus football has made football professionals see the hope of China's football development, but he also talked about the doubts and problems in his heart. The allocation of excellent coaches and the perfect match system and event organization are the two cores of campus football development, However, there is almost no experience in organizing large-scale football leagues at the school level. How can the education department without experience in organizing sports events organize large-scale campus leagues?

With the deepening of reform, we are bound to encounter a "tough battle". How can we make a breakthrough? Shandong is trying to find a new way. On February 16, the Education Department of Shandong Province and the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company signed the Framework Agreement on Cooperation to Promote the Development of Campus Football in Shandong Province. This is the first formal plan to develop campus football at the level of educational development planning in Shandong Province and even in China. According to the agreement, Luneng Sports will undertake the training of campus football coaches in Shandong Province, the organization of campus football leagues, and the construction of urban football schools. It has become an important goal of Luneng Sports in the future to strive to build a "Shandong model" and "Luneng model" of "campus football". Luneng Sports' "big action" to promote the development of Shandong campus football is of great practical significance for deepening football reform.
