For more than half a year, with the ups and downs of human affairs and the vicissitudes of fortune, the rumors about myself from the outside world have become superficial; Or spread the wrong message by mistake. I was in a complicated mood at the early stage and didn't pay attention to it. Now everything has just been decided, so we wrote a response together to clarify the origin, correct the audio and visual, and express our concern.
Due to various reasons, I officially resigned from the position of President of Taste King Group in February 2020, leaving the place where I have been struggling for 15 years.
Looking back on the days we have gone through together with all my colleagues, I can't help thinking a lot. Starting from a small processing plant, we had 8 major bases and more than 20000 employees when we left. We had experienced hardships and worked day and night. This road of development and growth has taken us for 15 years. I dare not work hard with pride. It is really a legend in the industry with the joint efforts of my partners. I am grateful for the experience of the past 15 years, which has brought me the present and also gained the honor of a professional manager.
The green mountains are still green, how many sunsets? Have you ever remembered that 15 years ago, at the roadside stall late at night, he confided with Mr. Guo Zhiguang and made a great wish to strengthen the betel nut industry with barbecue beer; Did you remember that fourteen years ago, when the company was dying, it was a difficult choice to give up the tobacco fruit and focus on green fruit; Did you remember that seven years ago, when the negative public opinion of the industry was surging, we tried our best to turn the tide again.
All the past is prologue. Thanks to Mr. Guo Zhiguang for his trust, his colleagues and employees for their help, his upstream, midstream and downstream partners, and his respectable competitors. They are mutual achievements, which can make the industry prosperous today.
When I left my job, I had more time to review, think about personal gains and losses, and explore the future of the industry. Bowing to ponder, I suddenly realized that betel nut, a small fruit, has long been embedded with my honor and disgrace, and it is difficult to give up. This is fate and mission.
After 15 years of ups and downs, we are now beginning again. In May this year, I realized the transformation from a professional manager to a founder of the enterprise - Huayi Food overcame many obstacles and came out of nowhere in the limelight. With the idea of "being pure and ignorant, and establishing a hundred year model", it will take months of painstaking efforts to ingeniously refine new green fruits, named "Langbaiwang", homophonic NO1. It will be the first to meet you in Guizhou and Guangxi during the National Day. This is a betel nut with the same value pursuit as its founder: simple, pure and more manly!
Only know the destiny, remember the original heart. From Robust to coconut water, from Taste King to Huayi, I always believe that "to achieve others is to achieve yourself". Huayi will adhere to the core values of "openness, inclusiveness, common progress and sharing, and dedication to the future", promote sound development, stimulate innovation vitality, commit to building a new business model of betel nut, boost the transformation and upgrading of the industry, grow with brothers and colleagues in the industry, and join hands in the future!
